Emma used to be girly. I know she did. I think I can even remember some of that phase. Evidently, that is all it was. If I had to use a word to describe her now - hmm... there are several... but BOHEMIAN sort of covers it. Brave and adventurous would not be the first two to come to mind. However, she has embraced her latest hobby with fervor. We couldn't be more surprised... or proud. When she first mentioned rock climbing, we weren't sure where to steer her. Thankfully, someone suggested the rock walls at our local YMCA and Dick's sporting goods store. It is her - it really is.
Then there is Claire. I don't think this "princess thing" is going away anytime soon. The highlight of her week included a princess party at Chuck E Cheese with her school friends. They were all too cute. Riding the merry go round there was about Claire's speed.
Right now, they are about as polar opposites as you can get. Thank goodness. We don't know if we could take two of either of them!!!
